In addition to ensuring that the à la carte and banquet runs smoothly, this job includes creatively designing the menu, checking compliance with HACCP standards, carrying out orders and representing the chef and sous chef.

The Weinhaus Neuner, the oldest wine house in Munich, stands for hospitality, exquisite wines and the finest regional cuisine, reinterpreted. The special flair of the house in the middle of the old town comes from the history that has been preserved over centuries, which was carefully restored when it reopened in 2016 in order to keep it alive. There are 90 seats in the restaurant and 50 seats in the parlor available for à la carte and banquets. The Weinhaus Neuner, already awarded 1 toque / 14 points by Gault Millau in 2018, employs 20 people.
