He is our host in the “Stüberl”, “Schwemme” and restaurant and has the attention and passion that every guest likes.
He was able to hone his knowledge and experience as a sommelier and restaurant manager in many star restaurants. Also the EssZimmer in the BMW Welt, the Überfahrt restaurant at Tegernsee-area and the Schwarzwaldstube in Traube Tonbach.
He has won multiple awards as Sommelier of the Year and Mâitre of the Year and manages the service with passion, warmth, competence and humor.
Benjamin Kunz | Chef
From sous chef at “Les Deux” to head chef there and now also in this position at Weinhaus Neuner – these are Benjamin Kunz’s skills and understanding of quality. He combines creativity in the further development of the classics of Bavarian and Austrian cuisine with the right technical tricks – and with a bit of luck he will also invite regular guests to take a look behind the scenes at his stove.
